1. Data controller
Vivar Multi Service Sàrl, Rue Louise-de-Frotté 105, 1205 Genève, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on vivarservice.ch. For any question about your data, write to us at info@vivarservice.ch.
2. Data collected through the quote form
When you send us a quote request, we collect: your name, your phone number, your email address (optional), the requested service, the address of the job (optional), your message, the language of the page and the address of the page you wrote from (including any advertising campaign parameters), as well as the date of the request.
This data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where applicable, carry out the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); in Switzerland, Art. 31 FADP.
To prevent abuse, we temporarily store an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Retention
Requests are stored in our database, hosted by our web hosting provider, and forwarded by email to our team. We keep them as long as necessary to answer and follow up on your request, for a maximum of 24 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law (notably accounting obligations for services carried out). They are then deleted.
4. Recipients and processors
- Hosting and email: Hostinger, our hosting provider (website, database and email delivery).
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): if you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC): only if you accept it, see section 5.
- Fonts and icons: served directly from our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts or any other font service.
Some of these providers, notably our web host and Google, may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Any such transfer takes place with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework or equivalent mechanisms).
We never sell or rent your data.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site only uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) after you consent through the “Cookies” banner. Without your consent, no Google script is loaded and no data is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and you can change it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
These measurements tell us which pages are visited and which campaigns generate requests (WhatsApp clicks, phone clicks, form submissions).
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@vivarservice.ch.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, if you live in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the requests we receive is restricted to our team and password-protected.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
